Question Who has 99' front end installed?

To be more specific,
Who here has installed the 99' front bumper cover with the pre-99'
reinforcement bar?

I understand that the pre-99' re-bar has to have it's turn sig holes
enlarged to fit the 99' spec turn sig's. Is there anything else that
needs to be modified to fit the 99' skin on the pre-99' re-bar?

TIA,
GEB.

I understand that, however, I don't want to spend the extra $$$ on the 99' rebar. Henceforth, my question regarding the pre-99 rebar modification...
