anybody have pics of this color of fd? im planning on repainting my white fd, but i think i would like it to stand out a little better than the normal white. are there any other shades of white that look good on the fd?

 

That's a four step paint, and is more expensive than plain white. Looks really nice though. Digital pics will not show any difference between it and the white. It's an option on Pathfinders, so go to a Nissan dealer and see if they have one you can look at.

 

You could go with any of those chromacolor pearls from dupont but it might be expensive. i painted this car with the bluish pearl chroma over it. they come in green,purple,gold,red/pinkish too.



the flipfop of the color depends on how many coats of the chromacolor you put on. The base on my model was a white white, not the creamy white of the FD. Take account that it will yellow the white a little.

A white seven with chroma stripes on it might be cool. You wouldnt see them at first.

 

white already stands out as it is a very rare color. please dont ruin a white fd.

 

I wouldnt have a problem with a mica paint job, cuz isnt it a stock JDM FD color from like 96 or so?

 

the 2001 RZ had Snow White Pearl Mica this is the color that i want to change my car to.

 

There was a thread a few weeks back talking about white 7's.... Mild7's car has been repainted a pearly white. I don't think it shows up in the pics that were posted, but if you're gonna be in the area over winter break then PM him....

 

okay, i think im probably gonna be back for at least one week this winter(not sure when though).

 

thats why im keeping it white it is in dire need of a new paint job and i feel if im gonna spend my money on paint i might as well make it look a little better too.

hmm...i might think about that white with chroma (blue) stripes...i wonder if my local body shop could pull it off.
