Don't like it. Why is there a big glowing donut in the middle of the gauges?

I much prefer the stock lights. I've also heard your eyes can't focus on blue as easily at night.

Did you have problems sitting the aftermarket gauge in the stock tachometer area. I replaced my gauges on my old fd with NR's white face gauges and they didnt even fit right. The stock tachometer had a recess in the panel, NR's didn't. It made for one helluva install. I had to use rubber cement to hold the panel in a little. The cement then discolored the gauges which was VERY noticeable at night. The cement finally gave out and the panel slowly moved back out of the recess and retarded the needle. It took, literally, 30 seconds for it to get where it was suppose to be. It may have been the speedometer, not tachometer

You would need the actual tach so the needle goes down to 6 o'clock.

Everyone compliments me on the stock gauges and the color its very "unqiue" I honestly see no reason to change but w/e floats your boat. I wish they would make aftermarket gauges (pots and stuff) with the same light so it would all match.

I think they look pretty good. The only thing that I would be worried about is the fact that the a/c ***** and radio are orange. I would think, it would clash. Hey Zyon, could you post a pic of the entire interior at night? I would be curious to see what it looks like.

Well I took the orange out of the buttons onthe corners( CC, headlight switch) so they are clear now. I didn't do the climate controls yet. ? Why was this post moved? Its a general 3rd gen topic. Thats where I want it.

Yea, but not too many ppl look here compared to the 3rd gen string. And this string isn't gen specific.

Took about 3 Hrs. The hardest is removing the needles so as not to break the gauge.
