where to mount HID ballast for FD

If someone can enlighten me on where to put these that would be great. I have 3m double sided tape if that makes a difference. thanks in advance.

I Bolted them to the frame under the headlights, in the space where the Pop-Up's were.

I still use the stock pop-ups and I have my ballast located underneath the turn signals.
