wheels

I'm looking into buying a set of wheels for my car and I found that I really like the Volk SF-Winnings. However, the problem is that they only come in 18s and 19s. What appropriate sizes would i have to get in order to get the least amount of problems with my setup. I have racing beat springs and koni shocks set to almost fully stiff in the front and a little softer in the back (if that matters). Andwhere can I find good deals on these, or if possible can anyone point me to a similar type of wheels that come in 17s or are cheaper?

Also, I have a basic understanding of what offsets are, but I have no idea how I would know what kind of offset to choose with each rim. If someone could tell me that would be nice too lol. Thanks.

Btw, feel free to post up pics with the SFs or similar rims.
