I'm going to put a standard cd player in my car. Problem is that the kit that's in that holds the cd player isn't good. when the cd player's in it just kind of sits in and is a bit loose. Messed up the first cd player. Anyone know a good kit? or maybe a fitting stereo that I should concider?k

You probably had the American International kit. It is a POS. Get a Metra kit. They fit right. That is what i have used for years. You can see a picture of it in the post of "what will fit my vert?". Higgi's kit is the Metra kit.Really easy to install. It just screws to the back of the dash bezel, and it come with the screws.

You can get them at any stereo shop. Just don't buy the American International kit. Get the Metra. Circuit City has them also.
