Hey man dont take all that crap, with some work that could be a killer decal. Great idea, i'd say (being a graphic designer) make it a lot smaller, say 10" long, and post it above the rear wheel. That would look pretty sweet.
I agree with this guy...I'm an artist aswell and I think you did a good job. The whole rice thing is over-rated. Rice these days seems to be something that someone else doesn't like on your car. I say if your car is individual and artistic it's definitely nice. I also agree with elvisjer to make the decal smaller but I think it would look cool just a bit above and behind the middle of the front fender. Nice idea though

Graphic alone = cool.
Graphic on car = Ehhh... maybe in the corner of the hatch glass. But nowhere near that big.
Wheels = Shiny, and shiny is always good.
Wheels on car = Once again, it's a matter of application. Is your FC a sports car, or a shlow car, (Yes that's a mix of slow-show)?
Your call brother, it's your money, it's your FC.

Stuff like that is like playing Sepultura at church. I leave you with one comment that overrides it all...

You're singin' to the wrong choir, boy.
