What type of glue to use?

So i am building a sub enclosure( Thanks DamonB) and was wondering what type of glue do you use on the inside of the enclosre? Just regular wood glue,elmers what? Here is a pic of what I am talkin about, curtisy of DamonB.

Wood glue at the wood-to-wood joints, and I'll use latex caulk at the joints after everything is dry just to seal the interior up.
Of course, use screws to further strengthen.
You'd be surprised how strong wood glue is when used on wood-to-wood joints!

Thanks Ted, I thought it looked like caulk but also thought there may have been something underneath. Thanks for the info. And screws were in the equation already

I like to chop the feet off of horses and use my own recipe for home-made glue.
