Those are Re Amemiya Side Skirts. I bought a set before, but sold them because I changed my mind with the look I wanted to go with the car. I wanted to stick with more of a stock look. They flared out to much for my taste. In case you wanted to know, the rear mud guards are alos Re Amemiya. They were very nice quality pieces.
