Pull out the bulb, easy to say I know but get to it and remove the bulb .

 

if you remove the bulb then the airbag computer emits a continuous warning tone. goddamn annoying. you have to remove the entire airbag ecu which is above and to the right of the gas pedal. its a fairly easy job.

if you have a 93 (so theres no danger of setting off the passenger bag) then do some experimentation for us. no one seems to know the correct value resistor to use so try some different values from 1 ohm to 300 or so.
