Go with 2 Square 8" Kicker Solobaric L5's. They are awesome for their size. It will give you the sound you are looking for but wont drain your wallet as bad as something else. They should be able to be custom mounted in your storage bins behind the seats. They have a peak power of 600 watts.

For your amp: Audiobahn makes some really nice amps. Here's the link to a 400 watt rms / 560 peak amp that would be perfect for these subs.

Head Unit (Cd player, for you uneducated people) is just as much of a matter of opinion as the other things i've listed. Pioneer makes good ones, so does alpine and audiobahn. Here's a Pioneer Premier head unit that is nice and will be cheaper on your wallet than some of their more expensive ones, but is still a very nice head unit.

I have dealt with Ike Sound before, although i think their name used to be Ike's Electronics. They always shipped my orders as soon as they recieved my payment and i have never had any complaints for the products i have ordered from them. I used to sell systems in my town (about 5000 people total) and before long, everyone that wanted one had one so i had no one left to sell to so I stopped dealing with them, and I guess in that time period they changed their name. Hey, they're saving you money, and you have a waranty, so who's complaining?

Edit: I think the total of all of that together would be around $685 + S&H + cost of wiring kid and possibly a harness to hook up the head unit to your factory wiring. Sure, ~$700 sounds like a **** load of money for what I named... but look at the saving, if you bought that from a retail dealer it would cost you ~$1160!!!! This is a VERY nice system and would love to have it for myself, but as of now, i'm just trying to get my FD! The system will come later.... Some people complain about a nice loud system making their car weigh a lot more... this system will be nice and loud (if you want it to be) and still wont add more than ~25-30 lbs to your car.

all that wattage? umm i guess make sure you have a good battery and alternator, because those will be needed with any system. Also a wiring kit (can be picked up at any audio store for ~$80 or on ebay for ~$40.... get 8 or 4 guage, anything larger of a guage would be way too small for that amp. You shouldnt need a capacitor, but if you battery and/or alternator arent that great, invest in an Audiobahn .5 Farad Capacitor. It should help you out a lot by storing power so that your battery doesnt become drained. You should be able to get the whole system installed for ~$75-125 bucks professionally, check your local audio stores.
