I'm almost sure it's the RZ model FDs that have this seat...basically it was a "stock" racing seat that was BLACK (so no, im not asking about the Spirit R red seats).

Im having a hella hard time searching for this, since the search function wont let you search using "RZ" since it has a 3 letter minimum...grrrr

also if anyone has pics of 'em, and knows where you can get 'em & for how much, that would be great

Only prob, I already checked that site, and it has the 1999 RZ RED recaro seats... are those the same ones I'm talking about, just in a diff color? Cuz I thought the red ones were the Spirit R seats...

Same seats (different color). They are about $3500 per seat. I believe Recaro does sell something "similar" themselves (as these are for Mazda only) for a little less (I think around $1500-1700 per seat).

Scub...I know what you mean. But what can I say? If they're exclusively from Japan, and Mazda at that, I'm sure the seats cost a cpl grand (my guess would be $4000). Now how you pay another $3K for shipping to the US...you got me. But i WANT those seats...
