What lights fit the knightsport front end?

I know some of you have experience with the knightsport front bumper, I was just curious to ask what kind of lights fit in the 4 holes for lights underneath. I would need some sort of high beam or very long and bright beam. Any suggestions?

ah shoot. I have forgotten the part number and stuff. But there is a foglight from a bronco that fits ok. It's not really something that increases visability by much though.

the only reason i was really wandering was because i recently bought an HID kit for my car and lost my high beams with it due to a single filament bulb. I was looking into the apexi and the knightsport front ends. I know the apexi, with its big *** hole for the light would work well, but its a lot more money. Basically I want a way to get a VERY BRIGHT AND LONG light for the cheapest i can, while keeping the price low and still not detracting from the flow of air into the engine.

I just bought the knightsport front and am waiting on delivery. I have been told to use 92mm lights in all four spots. There are some after market 92 mm's sold as blue lens fog lights for about $60 a pair. As soon as I have my nose ad can verify the size I will post what ever I find available. The front nose and side skirts was 600 including shipping from eracing.com, the only draw back I have had so far is they seem a little unorganinzed (they shipped my parts then put a hold on them...I think because their shipper hadn't been paid). Anyway, will update on fit, lights and anything else I can as soon as possible.

well, i figured fog lights would fit, but i need something stronger. The Hella lights i was considering are about 4" deep. Could you take a look at the bumber and tell me whether or not you think i could work them in.

You can get landing lights in almost any size and shape...extremely bright and work well when mounted low....and the majority are made for 12 volt systems.

I just purchased the same bumper from racing beat and they told me the 4" lights would work That puts them in the 100mm range not 92mm as stated above. I have been looking hard and long for the past week trying to find some that will work. I am looking for 2 driving and 2 fog lights that are similar in looks. I want the kind that have a smooth lens and are clear. I think that the ones from cuzo (2003) for $59.00 from prolightstar.com are the ticket.

Sorry I think all of the ones that I looked at are 55 watt but are of the super white kind?!?! don't know if you can get them in the 100 watt range or not you probably can get them as they are and just upgrade the wiring and run them at a higher wattage, imo.

landing lights are what airplanes use when they land...a 747 pilot needs to see a long way to land such a big plane...hence, very bright strong lights. My dad used to have a pair on his blazer...they would cut through any weather and light up a couple hundred yards or more maybe, been a while since I've seen them used...just under 4'' in diameter...but they come in almost any diameter and a lot of auto parts stores...especially if you live in a small town....carry them. They get extremely hot though!!!

How much are landing lights? If they can shine up to a couple hundred yards they probably cost alot. Also these would be used as high beems right?

if you use landing lights you could only use them for high beams....if you shine them at someone they'll prolly start taking shots at you...a good set including all breakers, switches, a decent mounting structure, and a wiring harness chould cost around $150...of course this is a general price and will vary by manufacturer. You can get bulbs and fixtures for anywhere from $25-75, but you'll have to come up with a pretty tough mounting structure and breakers/fuses. And keep in mind that when I say they get hot, I'm not talkin about burn your fingers hot, I mean cause nearby shrubbery to burst into flames hot. Be careful how you mount them. Always have an extremely poor conducter like a ceramic insulator in between the lights and any plastic.

You have to do a search for: Aircraft Supply, then landing lights...I'll try to hunt a link here in a little while.

they don't really list any diameters but they give prices and the majority of these lights are extremely bright. There is contact info on the page though, you could get in touch with them and see if they've got something you could use. I myself will be getting some shortly.

you use the IPF lights

The original Knight Sports bumper is designed to use the IPF lights that you see on their headlight kit and also on the RE Amemiya headlight kit. I happen to have an used set in stock. All 4 lights for $325 shipped.

I got my racing beat knockoff of this bumper and they are infact 4 inch holes for the lights. I hope this helps. I have ordered some cuzo 2300 driving lights and I will let you know how they work when they come in!
