speakers - rainbow comps(handmade in germany, high end audiophile stuff)
Have a jl amp powering the comps
Than 2 12" diamond m6's in custom fiberglass enclousure, a 1500 hifonics bxd amp powers that.
Also have a 15 band dsp pioneer equalizer below my headunit.

In my 84 SE

Alpine 9815 head unit connected with the Alpine KCA-420i ipod adaptor for my 40gb ipod. That signal is sent to the in dash Massive Audio EQ-56 to adjust the signal up to a clean 12volts. The mid-high signal is sent to the DLS Ultimate A3 which powers the Massive Audio CK6i components custom mounted in the deadened doors. The rear stage is simpily Boston Acoustic NX57 coaxels run off the Alpine deck. For the sub, I swap between the Massive Audio DMX 12" and the Resonant Engineering XXX 15" powered by the DLS Ultimate A6. The power for the demanding system is provided by dual alternators and batteries, 1 Ohio Generator 210amp alt, and 1 stock unit. The ohio generator charges a rear mounted Exide D34 battery connected with monster 1/0 awg power cabling. and then the Massive Audio 2.2 Farad cap stores extra juice for the big spikes

In my Regular cab Sonoma

Also the Alpine 9815 (It's so good I had to get another, but I might upgrade to the 9855 soon) runs with the KCA-420i for the ipod. I have Massive Audio CX4i coaxels custom mounted in the dash run off the front channels of the Massive Audio PA-25.4 amp. For the bass I have 2 8" Massive Audio (again yes I know) RW8" subs run off the other bridged channel of the amp.

You might not be able to tell but I am very serious about my car audio, it is one of my fond hobbies. The last few years I focused on SPL, I won 1st place in every event I entered and now I concentrate more on SQ setups. You can have the best equipment in the world, but if it isn't installed, imaged and tuned properly then it won't sound good at all.

pioneer DEH-860MP head unit, pioneer speakers all around, vert seats with headrest speakers, 2 kenwood 12's off 1200 watt Legacy amp. the subs really round out the sound, make it sound way more dynamic. if youre into music, once you hear the system with them it will be hard to go w/o

danm those are some sweet *** systems! Me..? I am paying for school yet so I only have: Sony S2000 head unit, Kenwood 800 watt amp., Alpine type S 12" sub, and a Stinger wiring kit.. but the best thing about it all is how it looks... I will be building a ROTOR shaped box, ported, blue led lights shining out of the port, and my amp will be suspended between the shock mounts facing the front..... i will post pics as soon as I get done with it.. it might take a week or too.... all hand painted and fab. work done by me and my g/f.
