two 4 ohm voice coils can be run in stereo as a 4 ohm load on two channels, or parallel as a 2 ohm load on one channel. Find a 2 channel amp that is 2 ohm stable and makes 250 watts rms at 0.1 thd into two ohms bridged.
paralleling the voice coils is accomplished by wiring the the positives together and the negatives together, and then connecting them to a single speaker lead. so one 2 conductor cable (1 pos, 1 neg), the pos goes to both pos terminals on the speaker, the neg goes to both neg terminals.
