Anyone have any idea what size the HVAC bulbs are? The sticky says they are 74's, but they are clearly NOT 74s. I've tried swapping the 74's from the cluster into the HVAC lighting and although they are close, the 74's clearly will NOT go into the HVAC pieces.

So... what are they? Anyone have any insight? They say S14v-1.4w on them. I am attempting to find a replacement LED bulb, but even knowing what type of bulb it is would help with that.

 

They are T5/74.... Stock cluster uses t10/194 x 4 + 1 t5/74. What bulb did you get? Also it's hard to reduce hotspot just use the 3-4 #64 bulbs.

 

I use something like this and it installs just fine.

 

I pulled a 74 out of the stock cluster and it doesn't fit the hvac sockets and is clearly bigger. I haven't ordered LEDs yet. Got a link for the one you say fits by chance?
