okay, i tracked down that magazine and found the ad. went to the website, and they're showing the 99+ lights for $181 for BOTH, not just one. did i see that right??

180 bucks is ridicules. Most aftermarket bumper lenses are under 30 bucks for cars. Its not like these are made out of gold or something.

It's just plastic. WAY more units would be sold if they were under 100 bucks.

It's always this way with RX-7 part suppliers-If the part belongs to the RX-7 (FD in particular), they think they can sell it at any price.

they are sold out for 6 weeks. Hopefully bananare and crew will have things worked out way before then.

It looks as if they are claiming they are made by JDM...but I was unabe to find those lights on the JDM site.

sold out? Maybe they're in the process of reducing prices. BTW they should have made the blacked out ones too (the ones with the black background) which I was aiming for. I would probably pay what they have the price set to if they were selling those.

Just got off the phone with Makoto Auto Trends. The pricing on the 99+ JDM lights is correct. $181.95 for a set of two lights. For that price, I would buy a GTC front bumper and get the 99 spec lights from these guys instead of getting the 93-95 lights. 380 bucks for the 99 spec lights was keeping me from getting a GTC front bumper. Sorry for the thread stealing, just thought people would like to know that the price was correct on the site.
