what is you guys opinion on these 3rd gen tail lights. It was only a matter of time before they made them. to rice or juss nice?

IMO. I think they look alright. They are alot better than the chrome ones. Not that I would put them on my FD tho.

Those that do like them will prob be called the TROLL.

 

look like rx8 wana be lights.. they jsut dont fit the personality of the fd...

WHY...tell me WHY?! The stock lights are BEAUTIFUL...and look even better w/ the 99 spec conversion. They're smoked lenses STOCK...(something the po-po here give me crap about! lol). It just doesn't get better than that. Why you'd wanna change that is beyond me. That, and I HATE altezzas and whited out/euro lights. Those are the all time allmark of ricers, right up there w/ windshield nozzle lights lol.

Oh and I think the rear of the FD is one of the most beautiful aspects of it...simply breathtaking...such as in this pic (one of my FAVORITES):
