What colour Red is the R1/R2 Strut brace?

What colour Red is the R1/R2 Strut brace?

Hey All,
I am having a strut brace poweder coated and need to buy the powder...wanting to do the brace the same colour as the R1 Strut Brace Red....Can you help me pic it pleeeeeeaaassee?

I am thinking the Ruby Red is the closest.

It's impossible to get an accurate color shade from your computer monitor unless you are using a calibrated monitor/driver AND the company who scanned the color did it correctly.

Personally, I would say that Vermillion Red looks closer (on my monitor).

i would have to agree with rynberg with Vermillion Red. I don think that the strut bar is a real deep red like the Ruby Red.

You know, that's what I said too....then I printed it on a high quality printer and now I am saying Ruby Red or Bright Red....wwwwaaaahhhhhhhhaaaaaa

Any suggestions on what to do...I run the risk of having it come out a totally different colour and not look good at all...Maybe a silver chrome or something of that nature?

If I were you I'd probably get a girl's opinion. They seem to have some super-natural ability to distingish between colors that differ only on a subconsious level. That is the only explanation I can think of when I used to see my ex g/f spend hours in the make-up aisles.

To be honest w/ you, I don't think it matters much... I'd say paint it to the same color as your car... I think that would look the best.
