What is this AMAZING front end?
Iv been looking for this front bumper, what is this? Who makes this? Its like the perfect mix between the 99 spec and some additional modification without looking to extreme.

What headlights are on the car in the OP? They look like the C West, except they aren't nearly as bulging.

Cwest, the hood just doesn't fit and it is slightly raised thus making the headlights appear to have less of a "buldge".

Maybe on a race track....but if I saw an FD with that kit driving down the street I would think it "a little much".
