Wet sanding?
What is the difference between wet sanding and regular sanding?

yeah.. water.. that's it.. wet sanding is a little messier but it creates less heat from friction.

The water keeps crud (paint) from building up on the paper, which keeps everything smoother. I finished a guitar using wet sanding after the wood was filled and sealed with a few coats of "primer". It's the only way I could get a mirror gloss.

Wet sanding is the 2nd from final thing you do when u repaint a car, i used to repaint them for 2 summers. You wetsand and itl create the smoothest feeling texture youll ever feel, then u rinse and paint, its real easy to
