So i bought myself a red 93 R1 and i knew it was a bit of a project (turning out to be more of a project than i thought). Today when i was waxing the drivers side door, i realized that there's a line about 1/3 the way up the door (which looks like a style line or something of the sort) and then under that line the texture of the door isnt smooth anymore, its a rough, odd texture. Is this normal? It almost looks like someone did a bad job on body work for it. Its the same on both sides though so i'm really getting confused.

That is what I was hoping but i bought it from a crackhead ldy and some od the car looked resprayed, so I figured it wad worth a shot to ask.
