...washed/waxed the car this weekend but...

...I accidentally got a lil' bit of wax (Meguires) on my freakin' brand new R1 lip!!! There is a some residue still left from the wax. I've tried to wash it off with regular damped cloth and slowly it's rubbing off but is there something elese that will remove it safely or made for removing wax? Also, it sucks that the R1 lip has a texture so the wax has probably "settled in the grooves" of the texture. Anyone got suggestions?

This was a suggestion I read many years ago...

A toothbrush and peanut butter.

Plain dish soap will get the wax off, but it will remove other wax if you wash over your area.
