Viper Red FD with charcoal interior panels

I recently painted my FD Dodge Viper RED. I am looking to paint my interior panels a sort of charcoal grey color. Does anyone think it would be a good combo, or can you suggest any other colors? Thanks. Also a pic would be great.

Basically I am going for this scheme, but with a diff shade.

It might look kinda cool but these painted dashes always remind me of civics.

i think very subtle color would look good. nothing light like the picture you posted. maybe a dark charcoal or a dark gunmetel. just something a tad bit lighter than the rest of the interior....

IMO anyway

YES! I'm not into the gauges either. =Interior design by Pepboys.

And now for a more productive response:

Do a search under Gmonsen and look at his interior. He has a dark grey headliner, dash and carpet seams. It looks so so in the pictures but very nice in person.

Personally I would stick with black and add a couple subtle red accents to match it to the exterior. Gordon had all his carpet (trunk too) replaced for 890. The coolest part about it is the leather edges on the floormats. You could probably get a set of floormats made with red leather edges for a reasonable price. Throw in a red stitched shift boot, parking brake boot, a set of red seat belts and the whole thing would look very German/porsche GT2ish

Red and charcoal should be a good match, IMO. The dash pic above looks pretty sharp but I'm starting to wonder if the gunmetal/silver/grey dash might become old hat pretty soon, it seems alot of people are going that route. I still like it though.

I say keep it black or a dark color and have some red accents.
This is what I wanna do:
Get new fabric of the seats. The middle part of the seat would be red with black stitching and the bolsters would be black with red stitching. Or all black with red stcitching.
Get a new black shifter, shifter boot, hand brake, hand brake boot. All with red stitching. Like the 02 Spirit R stuff. Oh yeah, the nice steering wheel too.
Get black floormats with red stitching.
It should look subtle but very nice.
