vert owners/car audio people help please

i am going to buy this headunit (not from crutchfield -- they charge like $80 more than most other stores)

Pioneer DEH-P770MP

and this wiring harness from crutchfeild
wiring harness

and this in dash-kit
mazda 84-up kit

i need some advice -- i have 0 experience installing a head-unit but i am on a very tight budget so i dont want to have to pay someone to install it! -- the vert's dash is different from the other dash boards (i think maybe i am wrong) can i get some pictures of what a set-up looks like for this in someones vert?? and wouldn't this still power the headrest speakers? -- not too big of a deal as i plan to buy new speakers for the doors (3 way 50watt rms) and cut out the two rear speakers behind the seats to fit a 4 channel amp behind the passanger seat (4 channels at 50 rms at 4ohms) -- then fit a 6 inch bazooka sub behind the driver's seat (2 speakers at 50watt rms each) -- so i could give a **** if the headrest speakers work

i need a new system because my old one is crackling and the volume **** when you turn it up cuts in and out, cd player is old and if you hit a bump it will skip

plus i listen to alot of hip-hop/rap so i want somethin that will hit hard

so let me re-phrase my questions now
1. will this work?
2. how have others installed a new headunit into their convertable? themselves or all at circut city lol?
3. will this sound good?
4.where is the factory amp located? in the factory headunit?
5. how will a headunit that puts out 22rms sound in 2 or 3 way speakers that can take 50 rms??
6.i should probobly just pay someone to install it huh? how much would just getting the headunit intstalled cost? how much for whole system you think?

thank you any input is helpful i have alot of questions
