AL Vert CD player replacement Suggestions

I am tired of my 89 S5 Vert Factory CD player that does not work. I am open for suggestions? Double din CD player? I have searched the forum but have not found anything that I like. This is what I have accumulated:

Infinity 6.5 Component for the Front Doors
JBL 4" Kevlars for the fronts
Infinity Bass Link for bass.

I am at a lost for the Head unit. I am not out to have the loudest stereo, just nice sounds. I would like to retain the speakers in the Headrest just for the highs.

Suggestions welcomed for Head unit, mounting kit, harness... etc.

Pioneer dvd double din. It actually fits pretty good. I used the factory radio mounting brackets. There was a gap at the bottom of the radio so I out a piece of plastic there. I have also fixed the very narrow gaps to the sides of the radio.

If you are looking for top notch quality, while maintaining a high level of civility & subtlety, I recommend Nakamichi. Preferably the cd-400 or 500, as they possess the 24-bit d/a converter, rather than the 1-bit found in 99.9% of decks. The only other deck that is in the quality realm in McIntosh, but it'll cost you substantial bucks.
