Why is everyone hating on the veilside ground affects, just wanted to know, because Iam intrested in getting them.

 

That kit looks like it can collect more cobwebs than my grand mothers cubords.

There are to many holes and sharp curves on it. What a mission to cleab your car with that kit.

Smooth lines is what you want on a sports car.....not jagged edges like a razor. Look at it this way, how do you like your woman(curved and smooth in all the right places or hairy legs and sharp and nasty)?

 

What's the worst thing about Vielside? That all their kits look the same.

Oh look at that civic...or is it an RX-7...or a probe....damn I can't tell...

 

personnaly i like the veilside kit, I dont care what anybody says! they dont look too hot on red and blue cars though but that's just me.

 

Actually, most people just hate the front, not the entire kit. The side skirts and GT wings are mixed and matched on a lot of cars.

 

Because it's ugly.

Personally its too agressive in all the wrong ways.
Also now after the fast and the furious they runined that kit.
All cars with that kit are made ricey. It seems when people have veilslide they have crazy ugly spoilers and stickers etc...

Don't worry what everyone else likes, it's your car. If you like the Veilside, get it.

You won't be happy with the car unless you put on it what you want. Just take a look around at the various stores:

Find the parts you like the best. You don't have to go with an entire kit. You can mix and match side skirts, fronts, hoods, etc from different kits to create the look you want.

 

IMHO, ANY kit is a good kit that compliments the curves of the FD's body. The veilside just has TOO many sharp angles.

 

IMO It makes the car look cheap.

 

Like Mahjik said, get what YOU want. I sure as hell didn't buy this car for anyone's satisfaction but my own.

The Veilside kit looks like crap though.

 

and the wing is overkill.....way ricey

 

The Veilside C1 front bumper is the ugliest front bumper for an FD, IMO.

RedRex7- What part of Houston are you located in? If I were you I'd keep the stock look.

The FD is a masterpiece, and putting a veilside kit is like having your kid draw all over the mona lisa

 

Those pictures just made me hate the kit evenmore...

That wing is hideous beyond any I have ever seen! I really couldn't see someone looking at that wing and actually enjoying its appearance.

 

I guess I'll be taking that spoiler off my fd then.

 

I like sides and rear add ons, but front and spoiler i'm not that big fan of.

 

Actually, I don't mind the spoiler of the CII kit (and I love the skirts), but I dislike all of Veilside's fronts. However, I'm mainly a stock front fan (with the addition of a lip).
