variations on Montego Blue

I'm just wondering if, say I had my car repainted, there were different variations of this color (like more blue or more green), if anyone has done this and has pics, and a good picture of what the stock paint looks like in good condition (mine sucks, don't know what it's supposed to look like). Thanks a lot...the reason I ask is because I want to get the paint redone (very bad right now), but I can't afford to have the color changed.

there are many variations... when I had to get my headlight cover painted it was hard to match up the color... the color itself is pretty much a blue with a green pearl. The color choices will be with more or less of the pearl. So if you are going to paint the whole car it shouldnt matter since its not a big noticable difference, unless you are only going to get a couple of panels painted. I think there was like 8 different swatches when I went.

BTW when you are picking the swatch to go from remember to put the swatch on the car in the sunlight and look at it in different angles. Its the only way to see the best match.

If you want to really match the original color get touch up paint from the dealer and have your paint mixed to match it.
