Upgrade stock FD fog lights?

It seems the stock FD fog lights are pretty much universally despised. They certainly don't seem to put out a lot of light. I did a search but could find nothing about any sort of bulb upgrade for this, so I guess most people that want good fog or driving lights simply get rid of them altogether.

At any rate, I can get a pair of stockers from a friend, and I was thinking about putting them on my base model. Is there anything I can do to them to make them better? In stock form are they better than nothing, or should I just pass on them?

Some people have stuck some higher PIAA bulbs in there and reported good results. I never use mine so I never tried it.

Just don't get the blue tinted ones...

I bot some 100W PIAA bulbs for my fog lights (pretty expensive) thinking of they will make much more light than the 35W original ones, realy all I got was when I turn them on they take alot of power from the main ones and can't tell no difference.
They basicaly useless, just for looks, that's my opinion.
