I have a Greddy catback on my FD and i've tried a few pads, aluminum polish, wax, tons of scrubbing and nevrdull, just can't get the tip to shine again, shows light tarnishing and is kind of dull

anything you can buy at a local auto parts store that restores this? I think it's stainless steel?
