Does anyone know if I can get Altezza Tail Lights for my '93 RX-7?

besides all the other obvious benifits, one of the things i love about my rx7 is that i don't think APC makes any buckled-*** products for it

Maybe there is a good reason why there are no Altezza taillights available.

Altezza tail lights are for stupid people that are bored and have no mechanical skill. They say, "Oh, altezza tail lights! Those are popular! And I can install them myself!"

All too often people fall into the mindset that just because someone makes a part for their car, that they are obligated to buy it.

 

pilot 959. Do you really have an FD? I'm curious as to what mods you already have on your car? Neon shift ****? Underbody neon lights??

But um, if you really want altezza lights, I imagine you could if you could make teh smoke part of the lights clear and simply do the 99 spec light mod for the inner part. But instead paint it chrome instead of black. good luck!

I wouldn't even say that, I saw this 'phat' 4-door Accord the other day with one flapping in the breeze almost.. every time he went over a bump this thing jiggled all over the place. I wanted to remind him that he needed to use ALL the screws to hold the light on but he was too fast for me and got away. These lights are horrible looking and ruin the look of every single car I have ever seen them on. They are called Altezza lights because that is the only car they look acceptable on, came like that from the factory.

And what is with all the SUV/truck drivers adding these to their lifted trucks and huge Suburbans.. ack, reeks of bad taste.

i don't mean to give you a hard time man, i mean son, or kid....or whatever, but altezza lights just don't belong on a FD. it's degrading and downright sinful

 

you can always pull out the red and yellow lens for the taillights and use red bulbs to get altezzas...

Anyone with altezzas on a 7 should be shot on site.

I on the other hand plan to make some altezzas by changing my 99 spec ltails from black, to bling bling shiny tin foil.

If they had altezzas for FD i'd put them on for a day just to get people mad

 

 

altezza lights do not belong on any rx-7. I sure as hell wouldn't want them on my car.
