testing bose speakers

anyone know how to test bose speakers to tell if they are still good or not. I replaced my entire system since I blew out both amps and I want to know if the speakers are still good... any suggestions to test them without the amps?

Im not sure about testing them but you can get them replaced/reworked by bose for like $60 I think. they put in new amps, new speakers, new wire, new seals.. basically bring it up to 2005 standards. Never seen anyone do it though.

check the OHM load with a volt meter. You can do this from behind the head unit. put one tester on each pole of the speaker. Because it's a complete circuit, it should show some sort of load (don't know the exact specs. of your system), but if it shows 0, there is not a complete circuit.
