I have seen quite a few fc's with the front grill missing. I was wondering if this could be accomplished with just a simple rotary tool or if I should use something else. I want to mount my fog-lights and found that the grill is in the way and it just looks better without it. Also is there any problems with the lower part sagging?

 

I removed the grill in mine. Took about 20 minutes w/ a rotary tool (Black & Decker Wizard), and it looks great. It was the first thing I did when I bought my car! No problems either! www.fc3s.org has pics and a how to under "How To" section.
