Does the 1989 TII come with stock sideskirts (they have a round lip on the bottom of them)? As well, if it does, are they removable? How?

The T11 did come with optional Side skirts. What I am not sure is if the started them in 89 or 90. I do know they were on the S5 only. I had a pair on my old T11.
They bolt/screw up on the inside of the wheel well, and the under body. So yes they are removeable.
