Is there any company out there that makes seats for FC and FD that do not have to be custom(brakets, rails) and are not ridiculously expensive? I like the seats in my FD but the leather is worn on the elbow. The seats on the FC are just completely torn and the dip on the butt is just way too low(might as well sit on the floor and kiss your knees kinda bucket)
Anyways, just looking to see whats out there

 

well i dont think you can get a seat that bolts to the stock mts. i have a 83 and 2 and 3 gen seats will swap with very little effert. I went and got a set of monaco gtl seats. www.monacousa.com i think. they are GREAT. they do sit a little higher than the stock seat but in a short *** so thats ok. the covering is awesome, much more durable than the stuff momo and all the others cover with. the only prob i have had really is the brackets had to be "ajusted" a little with a grinder so the back inside bolt would go in right. but other than that I love them. not ricy looking at all and VERY suportive

 

Most of the seats out there will fit the FC. and they have bracket for FC too. FD on the other hand have not bracket anyway, so you need to make it yourself. Sparco Rev will fit the FD. Don't know about the other.
