Spoiler or no spoiler? That is the question.

Should I get a spoiler on the FD? If so, what possible kind would best fit it? If not, then...okay. Thanks for the input in advance guys!

Preferably, I've been keeping my eye on the FEED Type II, so yah...just IMO.

I think that is a very good question. Sometimes it seems the fd looks better without the spoiler and sometimes it doesn't. Just don't go with something so outrageous like "GTR" or "shogun" style. The only spoiler I personally think looks good is the '98 or is it '99 spoiler? You get the picture.

I say go without. It makes the FD look so much more sleek.

my car doesnt have a spoiler and i love it without. so sleek and sexy. The only spoiler i would contemplate using is the 99 spec spoiler, also very sexy. it all depends if you really want to spend the money. If you are interested in going fast. keep sleek no spoiler look and drop the 900 dollars into some mods (like me)

I'm hesitant to put a spoiler on my car because I won't be able to see as clearly out the back.

i asked myself the same question after i got my car back... heres a pic of it without, and the spoiler that i decided on.. sorry about the size but im in the library and i dont have a program to resize them.

the wing is the old RE Type 1 Wing, very similar to stock but a little taller and wider

Prew that's a sweet ride. A few questions if you don't mind... what front end do you have? What size wheels? and what side skirts.

I got an R1 wing that I am still debating putting on the car. I think I'll wait till I have the body kit on and then see. I have grown rather fond of the sleek look.

Okay, need some answers here:

FEED Type II Wing

or

1999 JDM Spec Rear Adjustable Wing

Which one? So far I'm boiling it down to these two.

if Prew doesn't mind me answering for him, i can tell you that he has the C-West front & sides, and i believe those are 18" Volk Racing LE-37T wheels... they could be 17" but i am assuming they are 18"... don't know about the widths though. If Prew sees this i'm sure he'll fill you in.

yea c-west front and sides from rotaryextreme, and 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 volk racing le37t wheels w/ s-03's from Rishie

edit: i forgot, my front end doesnt have the holes on the side like the original c-west or chuck's, i had them filled at the body shop.

i like the FEED for a stock bodied fd but i think the 99 wing looks better with some other body work. i dont know what mods u have or plan to do, but thats my opinion.

I prefer the 99 Spec wing or the R1 wing. Not a big fan on any of the aftermarket wings. Although the one post above does not look too bad.

Looks good either way, just dont get a wing that looks like it was made from an erector set w/ a bolt on ski on top!
