I want to put my alpine and Ipod stuff in my 90 rx7...but I like the speakers in the headrest......is there any way I can keep the speakers in the headrest and have volume control of them seperate from the other speakers

to the best of my knowledge, if you splice the wires together correctly, you should be able to do it. i have an Alpine CDA-9856 with my ipod hooked up, but i have a coupe GTU. helps if i put in something of use, connect the door speakers as front L+R, and the headrest as rear L+R. that should work, now, if you want to use the dash speakers, fugetaboutit. (the dash is a horrible place for speakers anyways, who thought that one up should be slapped)
