Sparco Fighter - Yay or nay?

Found one in good shape and for a pretty good price for sale -$280

What are people's opinions on this seat? It looks pretty good to me, although it doesn't seem like Sparco makes a seat bracket for the FC. Are there any alternative brackets that I can use, or should I just drill holes in my stock bracket to fit the sliders?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm okayyyyyyyyyyy

In terms of the seat rails, are the Wedge Engineering rails the best way to go? That was the best I could come up with in my searching...
