Sound quality with Bose rear wave speakers removed?
Thinking about removing the rear bose wave dealie along with some other weight from the car. Before I disconnect it and check it out myself, I'm wondering for those who have removed it if you think the front speakers are adequate.
I'm not real into audio and I know that some people think the stock system is crap and needs to be replaced, but it sounds fine to me. Probably have to check it out myself cause "fine" to some people is "crap" to others, but I thought I'd ask first.

If you think the stock stereo sounds ok, then you should probably be fine without it. It will just get rid of most of the low end sound. You could possibly replace the front speakers with better aftermarket ones to make up for this and still save some lbs.
