Lightbulb Sick Tail light conversion

i was wondering for all of the guys that do tail light conversions if it would be possible to do something i had in mind. I love the circle lights the 99specs.......but i want something different...and so far im the only 1 with the idea...if ne 1 has ever done or tried or seen this let me no...

I want some one to convert my tail lights but not to circles....but to the shape of the rotor symbols

thats right........6 little rotors on the rear.any 1 up to it...let me know........

give me feed back...tell me if my idea sucks or if you think it would be cool and different.tell me if you are wlling to try and convert to rotor shape....

thank you..............TOM

It would be different. Instead of cutting circles with clear masking pape (what I use) you could make 3 shapes, 2 being the same size and one smaller. Not quite sure how it would look, but it could be done rather easily. It would stand out in the crowd.

once you convert it to the circle .do u have to buy new lights to get back the original look? or is it just simply like a cut out needs to be replaced or something?

I think the rotor tail lights are pretty stupid, I have a pic of some cool tail lights made up of LED's if someone wants to host it

I think it'd be cool to have something written in the center brake light... like "rx7" or even something like "you lost" so when you've finished tearing up a Honda or something you can just rub it in their face even more.

Or do like some of the Mustang guys have and put resistors in the outside lights so when you put on the brakes the inside ones come on then the the other two come on in order of being farthest to the outside. Hope that makes since. The lights would turn on in the order from inside, middle, then outside and all stay on until you let off the brakes.

I had that same idea before I bought the 99 spec lights, I was going to convert my factory ones to that, but I thought that it would look to "RICE" since that is what the RICERS do to there cars..

It looks good though in some way..

You mean like this? It's not a great picture, but it's completely invisible until you hit the brakes, and then BAM, there it is.......

That's what I was suggesting to the person developing leds for the FD, except I wanted the center to come on when braking and the intensity to go up... since the last thing I want is someone to second guess weather or not I'm braking at night
