Should I jump on this deal?

I wasn't planning on putting another big system in my car after my last one got stolen, but I found some great deals, and my lack of spending control might win this time.

I can get a PPI Sedona 500 watt amp, and 3 JL 10" subs in a box all for $400.

Is that a good deal? I've been out of the stereo loop for a year.

thanks

If that is new stuff, not used, I'd go for that deal for sure.
