shift knobs that don't suck

shift ***** that don't suck
I'm trying to find a shift **** for my FC that does not suck. Everything I've looked at so far has been the stupid universal ones with three allen screws that are drastically undersized, strip out if you try to tighten them, and then the shift **** falls off two shifts later. Anyone have any suggestions for a screw on shift ****?

I have the RE Amemiya **** which I love but don't know if it'll fit an FC. Also some of the Mazdaspeed ***** are nice like the leather one they make for a FD, but again this is for an FD so not sure if it'll fit an FC.
