I have some bodywork to do by the middle tail light and think it would look better if I just welded a piece of sheet metal in place instead of working around it with bondo. Does anyone have a pic of a fc that has the middle tail light shaved? TIA!

I dont have any pictures, but Id say go for it. When I finish the body work to mine, I intend to shave that light, as well as the keyhole (which doesnt work anyhow).

 

I did it on my car. I added a third led light in the back window. I have not hooked it up yet.
