i have an fc with three 10" subs in the back.. anyone figure out a way to get the glass hatch to chill out? i was told that maybe lowering the latches might do it.. i know when i put my body wieght on it.. it stops rattleing.. but... just dont want to mess with the latches

Go to Home Depot or whatever hardware store you have in town, get some of that thick foam that is used between air conditioners and windows to seal out outside air, and glue that to your hatch as needed... Should give you a nice snug fit.

I second this suggestion.
I went to a local interior repair shop, they had neoprene weather stripping by the foot, I got 10cm wide strip to stop the rattles around my hatch. The adhesive is already on the back. The neoprene cost about $20 because it is petroleum based, but was well worth it to stop the rattle and save my sanity.
