Security Codes

My friends dad has a cd head unit that came out of his old truck, the problem is it has some sort of security thing preventing it from working. He got it used, so i dont think he has any documentation or anything. Its a pretty nice cd player my friend says, and its free for me if i can get it to work. Anybody know how to get it to work? hack the security code etc? thanks.

Just call the dealer's parts dept and they will give it to you. Some dealers charge you to do this, so try a few.

Maybe try a local dealer that sells that brand or call the company. Other than that, not much you can do but start trying #'s. Good luck
