the speakers in me door keep turning off and on so i got this audio store to run new wires but now it sounds like crap now! they just ran new speaker wires from the speaker to the back of the stereo. can someone tell me where the factory amp is so i can rewire it the way it was supposed to be, instead of the wire going straight to the stereo??

On a hardtop with auto seatbelts it's under the passenger side dash and on a convertible it's under the driver's side dash.
