S4 to S5 Conversion cost effective?

This has probably been covered tons of times in this forum. I did do a search but nothing really came up. Right now I'm looking at a few body kits to replace my tired stock bumpers. As of right now I have S4 trim moldings, but this is what I'm curious about:

If I go with an S4 body kit (yes they do make them, unfortunatly it appears they only make one style, D1 from B-Magic) the total kit (not including fenders) will cost 770 plus shipping. Add in the fenders it will cost an extra 270 plus shipping.

Compare that to another one offered by raceonusa that sells (what appears to be only S5 kits) their 171 kit for roughly 600 plus shipping. add in the fenders and it's only an extra 211 plus shipping.

As you can see the initial costs are pretty cut and dry when it comes to who's cheaper. 1040 vs 811. However to make it look good I'll need to convert the rest of the car over to S5. That means I need to pick up the following:

Lenses
(Do I need different turn signal indicators?)
Trim

The question I have, is do I need anything else besides those that I listed to convert the S4 body to an S5 body? I know there are the tail lights, but those are the least of my worries (and may or may not convert them to S5 in the future as it will probably be one if not the very last modification I do to the car). I'm more concerned about actually getting the body to look right with the trim and have all the lenses on there correctly. Once I have that list figured out I can find out if it's going to be more expensive, or less expensive to convert to an S5 body style compared to just ordering the D1 kit.
