S4 front Bumper to S5

S4 front Bumper to S5
i was wondering what i would need to get or if it is even possiable to change a S4 bumper to a S5 bumper. will the panels line up? will the trim peice going around align?

everything bolts up the same,but the brake ducts off the s4 is too long. couple of my friend change theyre bumpers and trimings to s5. we all got a knife and cut the brake ducts shorter,it what to you.
