I love you.
I mean I love the rx7. So any front end remotely stock and not bastardizing the front round+lip look is something I support.
Thank you for contributing to the un-bastardizing of the Rx7 design.
I still think 99spec is well worth it. That looks as awesome as you'll get without spending more $ on a bumper and 99spec lenses though...

i like the 99 spec front too, but I think for the money ($165 shipped) you can't beat it for modernizing your front end.
thanks again for all the opinions/compliments.

clear/black
i just got tired of my dingy front lamps, the were starting to look yellow, even after polishing them and they were always fogged up. i know i could have spent the $$$ on somethine else, but what the hell, it gave me a cheap thrill.
plus i gotta have some rice

I like it man.... I was thinking of going with these... but the paint on my bumper was cracking when I got the car and wasn't sure about the shape the bumper was in underneath... so instead of stripping it and re-painting it I just got a new one that fit the 99 spec lights
but I think it definately makes the old bumper look more modern and in my opinion not rice at all (although I would have to make the final decision after seeing an rx7 with them in person)

i was just joking about the rice, I was kind of refering back to CCarlisi's comment about them looking aftermarket/rice. Personally, they look like they belong on the car to me; same idea as the 99spec lights just made to fit the earlier bumpers.
they look better in real life than they do in the pics. i posted them because i don't think the pics that Jason is using on his site shows them off very well. this is the angle to look at them from.
secretly i yearn for a 99spec front end, but i am not willing to put the money into it, and plus if everyone changed to 99spec fronts, then where is the novelty?
thanks once again for all the positive comments.
