Ok first off I am gonna do something I havent seen in the hall of shame im gonna post a pic of my own car..A 1982 RHD Savanna 7, I was young and it was a whole different era with cars when it was cool to have your wheels stick out past your fenders, chrome trim on the fenders, curb feelers, chrome rocker panels and pullout radios. Those of us close to the age of 30 or over know what im talking about and hopefully ull remember those days and side with me. Now I will be 30 in four months and up to my same ways trying to stay Hip Ive completely rebulit my car inside and out and am proud of my achievement nevertheless I will get some Haters after this post but oh well life will go on. There is a pic of my car in original state, then after I repainted it because rust took over, after I put daytons on it and a pic from now with the "Lambo" doors....Do what you must......Car is twenty four years old

The thing is though, there are headlight conversion kits ACTUALLY MADE FOR the RX7 that look way worse than this celica conversion. East Bear comes to mind.

At least you got a "Yankee plate", haha. Is it authentic? I can't tell from the pic.

And I'm lovin' the cop car in post 333, that's hot, haha.

That silver FC up there is HIDEOUS! It is an FC BTW, you can see it in the hatch, doors and roofline.

^and headlights and wing are Celica, and the tails from a Supra...why not just get a Toyota? That thing also has a heavy dose of fugly. As does the red FD with Celica headlights, ugh.

At least the FD is clean and well done, the FC looks bent and lumpy.

i'd say the conversion looks pretty good. if i was a multi millionaire and wanted an RX-7 for every occasion, id have it done, but with a widebody and all black with a powerful 20B for the haters. it still looks better then the S2000, in my opinion.

^Where were you in Japan? Okinawa by any chance? I can't believe they let it out of the country with the plates still on it, as strict as they are about that. Glad you could get it over here though.

I originally bought the car in Okinawa and had it sent to Iwakuni, from there I sent it to the U.S I have a couple of the "Y" plates from cars I deregistered, for a small cost you can keep your plates escpecially when your shipping the car.
